The Social League Committee programme was jointly organized by the Departments of English, Physics, and Chemistry on 26 February 2026.The session commenced with a silent prayer. The event was compered by P.Reshma of III B.A. English, and the welcome address was delivered by B.Hepzibah of III B.A. English. Dr.C.S.Jeyaraman, Head of the Department of English, honoured the Chief Guest, Mrs.Gayathri Chockalingam, Manager (HR) and Skill Development Consultant at Anolynai.

The Chief Guest was introduced by M.Madhumita of III B.A. English. The programme was convened by Dr.G.Renuka Devi, Associate Professor of English; Dr.N.Mala, Associate Professor of Physics and Mr.Kumar, Assistant Professor of Chemistry. The event was coordinated by Dr.S.Packialakshmi, Associate Professor of Commerce. In her address, Mrs.Gayathri Chockalingam delivered an insightful and motivating talk on skill development and employability.

She emphasized the importance of communication skills, confidence building, strategic career planning, and industry readiness in today’s competitive environment. The interactive session provided students with valuable practical guidance. The programme concluded with student feedback and a vote of thanks delivered by M.Malarkodi of III B.Sc. Physics. The event was highly informative, inspiring, and beneficial to all the participants.
